QC/Technical Support Our management team pays highly attention on quality and makes the rule that we don’t ship the goods if rejection rate inspected by OQC is more than our company’s standard as ISO9001. All of quality control procedures and other procedures are always complied with ISO9001. We are being dedicated to provide clients with reliable quality, excellent services and prompt delivery. QC Staff 40 to 49 Our QC equipment Our QC staffs Procedures/testing Details As for incoming materials, sampling plan and inspection level are in accordance with the international standard MIL-STD-105E (II), and acceptable quality level (AQL) is 0.65 and 1.5. All of products should be inspected when manufacture. Before finished products are in store, QC will inspect them according to related standards. At last, all goods should be inspected before they are shipped to ensure consistency in quality and specifications. In all, after we ensure that the rejection rate is less than that required in ISO9001, we can deliver the goods.
